1. Platform Overview
Makeup Seven is a digital marketplace that connects independent beauty professionals ("Artists") with users seeking beauty and makeup services.
Makeup Seven acts only as an intermediary platform and does not directly provide any services.
2. Artist Eligibility
To register as an Artist:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide valid identity and professional details
- You must have the required skills and experience for listed services
- You must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
3. Account Registration & Verification
- Artists must provide accurate and complete information
- Makeup Seven reserves the right to verify identity and documents
- Fake, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to account rejection or suspension
4. Services & Listings
- Artists can list services, pricing, and availability
- Artists are solely responsible for service quality and delivery
- Any misleading service information may result in penalties or removal
5. Commission & Platform Fees
- Makeup Seven may charge a commission on each booking
- Commission percentage is defined by the platform admin
- Artists agree to pay applicable platform fees on completed bookings
6. Payments & Payouts
- Payments will be processed through the platform
- Artists will receive payouts after deduction of commission and applicable charges
- Payout timelines will be defined by the platform (for example, 5 to 7 business days)
- Artists must provide valid bank/payment details
7. Booking Acceptance & Cancellation
- Artists must accept or reject bookings within a defined time
- Frequent cancellations may lead to penalties or account suspension
- Artists must honor confirmed bookings
8. Code of Conduct
Artists must:
- Maintain professional behavior with users
- Provide services as per agreed standards
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality
- Avoid any misconduct, harassment, or fraudulent activity
Violation may result in immediate account termination.
9. Ratings & Reviews
- Users can rate and review services
- Artists must maintain a good rating standard
- Repeated negative feedback may impact visibility or lead to removal
10. Liability Disclaimer
Artists are independent professionals.
Makeup Seven is not responsible for:
- Service quality issues
- Personal injury or allergic reactions
- Any disputes between user and artist
11. Taxes & Legal Compliance
- Artists are responsible for their own taxes (GST, income tax, etc.)
- Artists must comply with all local laws and regulations
12. Account Suspension / Termination
Makeup Seven reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate Artist accounts
- Remove listings or restrict access
- Take action in case of fraud, misconduct, or policy violations
13. Intellectual Property
- Artists can use the platform only for service listing
- Platform branding, design, and content belong to the company
- Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited
14. Data Usage
Artist data will be used for platform operations.
By using the app, you agree to data collection and usage as per Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to Terms
Makeup Seven may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
