How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to official.makeupseven@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: Delete Account Request.
- Include your registered mobile number and registered email address.
- Our support team will review and process your request.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your artist account profile information
- Your listed services and availability details
- Your portfolio content associated with the account, subject to operational and legal limits
What May Be Retained
- Transaction, tax, or compliance-related records where retention is required by law
- Limited internal records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce legal obligations
Processing Time
We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable period after identity verification and required compliance checks.
